Twenty eight years ago I got a skin rash from an allergic reaction that was not responding to any creams or lotions that my dermatologist recommended. Finally he wrote a custom prescription for me that worked immediately. This dermatologist was “old school” and I could make out some basic ingredients, but some were written in Latin, not to mention the handwriting was somewhat hard to read. Because it worked so miraculously I held onto a copy of that prescription all these years and have tried at various times to get a doctor to write the same prescription for me. There was a problem, though, because none of them could make out what some of the ingredients were.

A few months ago I got the same rash and decided I would try to find someone to help me figure things out. A friend at work had a family member who is a pharmacist and I took the prescription to her to see if she could figure it out–she couldn’t. I then searched the web, found PharmaHealth and emailed them on a whim, not thinking I would ever hear from them.

To my surprise someone called me within a few days and said they would be happy to help. Then a few days after that I got a call from the Lab Manager, Toni Cardoza, who told me she was working on trying to figure the ingredients out. She even worked after hours, searching the web and trying different word combinations in the hopes of getting this puzzle solved. To my amazement, she figured it out! I asked my current dermatologist to write the prescription and fax it to PharmaHealth. Within a few days I had my special rash lotion in hand.

I could not have asked for better customer service and highly recommend PharmaHealth for all your prescription (especially compounding) needs.
